Stan "Stack" Bauer (aka Shadowfall) is a musician of many facets. He was raised and trained on classical music as an oboist from a very young age, when he also got his first keyboard lessons on organ. As he grew more into his music, his tastes briefly took him to the realm of big band jazz on saxophone and percussion, and finally into hard rock music as a self-taught guitarist. His love for rock music grew into many touring stints with various groups, both as a player and as a sound technician. But throughout all these phases, one thing remained constant.... his love for electronic synthesizers and experimental electronic music. Today, with the modern vsti synths that are now abundant, Shadowfall seems to have found a comfortable place in his music.
