Ahmet Atasever; Australia's best kept secret and Matt Darey’s right hand man has been DJing for nearly a decade. In 2005 his talent caught the eye of Matt Darey who snapped up the opportunity and signed Ahmet on to work with him and manage his label “Darey Products” as well as his media affairs.
Ahmet quickly made his way into the scene both nationally, and internationally, playing for the world-renowned ‘Gatecrasher’ brand in Hong Kong rocking to a crowd of over 2000 people. He has toured China, the UK & Poland with Matt Darey and at home in Australia he supported Matt Darey on his recent Nocturnal Tour as well as Andy Moor on his last visit. Ahmet has been sort after for many interstate gigs in Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide as well as Melbourne and his home town of Geelong.
Ahmet’s talents extend beyond the decks and into the studio where he has been working hard on several productions including signing his first official release to ‘Andromeda Recordings’. The track featuring vocals from Di Bauer has already sparked interest from a few high profile DJ’s with signs of airplay to follow.
Ahmet’s list of talents are ever increasing, successfully working on building Matt Darey’s radio show Nocturnal. He helped get the show syndicated to over 114FM stations around the world and Nocturnal is now one of the worlds most popular radio shows. He is also involved with the A&R side of Nocturnal and has had the privilege of working with such high profile DJ/Producer’s as Paul Oakenfold, Ferry Corsten, Markus Schulz, Judge Jules, Gabriel & Dresden, Hernan Cattaneo, ATB, Robbie Rivera, Marco V, Johan Gielen just to name a few.
